Bon Femmes Adores: STORE. Revolving Curation
Original article posted October 14, 2018 via Style and Forks.
Fall is here!! It’s mid-October, the beautiful orange and yellow leaves are falling and the heater in my apartment is turned on, which makes it official! I don’t think I’m alone with feeling this way but one of my favorite things about this transitional season is putting on my coziest sweater. I love summer and it will always be my favorite but there’s something about fall fashion that’s so much more exciting! The layers, the textures, the colors…it’s so much better!
During the last few weeks of summer, I discovered an amazing vintage store called, STORE. Obviously, the name caught my attention immediately but what really stood out to me was the curation of STORE. Rather than a random selection of vintage goodies, STORE. features curated collections every season which makes shopping so much easier! Imagine all the best vintage finds in one space, this is what STORE. features. This is why I was very excited when I was given the privilege to pull a couple pieces for a photoshoot. One of my favorite stylists Amanda Astroth pulled beautiful pieces and told the story of a day in the life of a chic wicker park woman. Featuring looks that both retro mavens and prim girls can get behind, this might have been my favorite photoshoot thus far. My favorite of all the looks featured a white Theory Mugler dress our muse Rachael wore while shopping at STORE.
